✨ When will my order be shipped?

We lovingly handcraft and pack each order with care.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. You'll receive a tracking number once it’s on its way!

🌿 How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, delivery within Australia usually takes:

• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

📬 Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only shipping within Australia. We hope to offer international shipping in the future as we grow — stay tuned!

🐾 What if my package is delayed?

Once your parcel leaves our hands, it’s in the care of our postal partners. While delays are rare, they do happen — especially during busy periods.
If it’s been more than 10 business days since your shipping confirmation, feel free to reach out to us at admin@sacredpawbotanicals.com and we’ll look into it.

💔 My package arrived damaged — what should I do?

We’re so sorry! If something’s arrived broken or damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right — either through a replacement or store credit.

🕊️ Can I make changes to my shipping address after ordering?

Yes — as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. Email us right away at admin@sacredpawbotanicals.com and we’ll do our best to update it in time.
